1.5_05future eyes10302 As principal of ELC, Chris Robedee brings a broad background of experience to his coaching practice. His coaching skills have been developed and honed through the challenges of relationship experiences as son, partner, father, entrepreneur, manager, facilitator, and coach. Through the lessons provided by a commitment to conscious relationships, combined with a continuing and committed journey of inner discovery and formal education, Chris has developed a grounded self awareness that allows him to be present with others no matter what they may be experiencing.

Over 30 years of entrepreneurial and management experience, that includes both successes and failures, has allowed Chris to participate in all aspects of business operations from startup to disposition. He served as Owner/Manager of a hand-crafted jewelry business, winning various awards for his skilled designs, as well as Partner and Managing VP of a graphic design and print brokerage firm, in Central CT. At the holding company of Robedee Marks Enterprises, he oversaw the management of several subsidiaries, including two retail boutiques. Along the way, Chris became a licensed real estate broker offering brokerage and property management services to others in addition to his own investment and development activities.

Chris earned an MA in Conscious Evolution from the Graduate Institute in Milford, CT, and a BA with a concentration in Psychology from Union Institute and University in Montpelier, VT. He mentored with an internationally respected professor of Spiritual and Cultural Philosophy and studied at the University of Northampton, UK. Chris has experience facilitating men's support groups and gatherings, and for self transcendence and actualization workshops with Synergy Associates of Warwick, RI. He completed Level 1 and 2 certification courses in Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi) with Dr. Don Beck, and received certification as an Adventure Education Facilitator from Northwestern CT Community College in Winsted, CT in addition to training in wilderness survival skills through The Tracker School in Waretown, NJ. For the past eight years he has co-facilitated the Central Connecticut Dreams Group. He is presently enrolled in the Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator program with Grof Transpersonal Training in Mill Valley, CA.

His proudest and most important role for the last 32 years is that of dad, friend, coach, and student to his two daughters and stepson. He considers them his greatest teachers.
